hey , im on my 3rd day of my diet. so far ie had Breakfast-1 pc whole wheat toast,)calorie butter spray and 2 strwberries. Lunch-pbj on whole wheat and 8 cherrys. Snack-oyster crackers, 1/2 banana. For Dinner-1 blt w/ extra lettace and whole wheat bread and 10 cherrys. Snack(at 6:50pm)-1 apple and a few oyster crackers. my exercize-sit-ups, running in place, mowed big backyard lawn (its like 85 degrees here) wearing pants. and i will walk my dog soon. is this good???? please reply!!!
