I screwed up today. I"m on phase two of the south beach and you're not supposed to add carbs in SO quickly, but this is waht i've had today.... boca patty with parmasan and ketchup all together 10 slices of deli meat with parmasan and fat free butter spray ( 300 cals together) then i wnet out for lunch.....SAD at a spanish/mexican restaurant and I ate two grilled chicken tacos with soft shell ... but i thin kthe chicken was really greasy! :( all toghet 3 diet mountain dews and 8 glasses of water a bowl of kashi grain cereal with skim milk fat free froz. yogurt with fat free cool whip 5 strawberries pack of gum HELP! Sigh..well start over again tomorrow... is that a lot to eat in one day?
