I am kind of on a 'semi' weight watchers plan. i go on and off using the point values. but sometimes i don't get enough points and it says that that can be dangerous. but i notice that i lose more weight when i do, yet i am still eating healthy. so do u think it is ok that i go under or should i always make sure to get 22-27 points..o ya i am switching weight like every few days and the pont values change...should i stick with the lower one or higher?
