Message Replying To From Michelle, Age 17 i honestly don't know what's wrong with me! I'm 5'3, and 140lbs! just last week I was 135lbs! I seriously don't know why my body is like this! I have liek..a huge ass double chin..my flab sticks out everywhere..but I mean..i exercise, (taekwondo everyday, and horseback riding twice a week)..I eat pretty much 4-5 times a day (small portions)..my mom doesn't even buy junk food..can somebody give me advice on what to do? liek are there certain exercises? because I do go to the gym once or twice a week for weight training and stuff liek that! |
