Ok I don't know if this is a good idea or not... Im usually awake for 12 hours in a day so I was thinking wouuld it be ok to eat 200 calories every 2 hours? Like a sorta... mini-meal. I would be getting 1200 calories a day that way. Would this help me lose weight? (p.s. the mini-meals are healthy and have fruit and whole grains and veggies in them...)
