ok i did good for breakfat but i ate burger king for lunch (small onion rings and 5 pc. tenders) then i had 1 1/2 bowls of ice cream and 1 hearsy pie and i had a good dinner a shrimp/steak shishkabob. i have lost 4 lbs i the last week so im kinda dissapointed but i did a really hard exercize video all the way through and i usually take a 20 min walk but i took a 35 minute walk! :)
