Message Replying To From Suzu, Age 16 Alright, as some of you may know, I've been coming here for the past few months, but recently stopped giving comments... you know why? Its always the same thing... "I want to lose weight fast!" Before summer began people wanted to lose about 20 pounds before summer, which meant 2 weeks or even 3... Now its before school starts. Realistically, yeah, you can do it! But~~ it depends when your break begins. Some start in August, I personally start in September, so I find it to be realistic aiming for that right now. Anyhow, I'm rambling on now, my point is that you have to take it slow!! Sure, lose all the weight, but do you know how to maintain it? A lot of people will lose about 20-30 pounds in the summer, but when school starts they have trouble keeping their 'diet' running smoothly. Hey, if you need to lose about 50lbs, give yourself a year, you'll do it by then. All in all, Good luck everyone, and remember "No pain, no game" |
