hey everyone, this is how i did today, i totally cheated on my diet yesterday but i think i did great today.B-water(i didnt wake up until noon) Lunch-pbj on whole wheat bread and 1 banana and water. snack-1 apple and 1 salad. D-(should have) either chicken or steak and veggies. i did a little but of a hard work out video and i will talk a 20-25 minute walk tonight. is this good???
