Message Replying To From Ashley, Age 15 Hey guys its me again!! this is my 3rd day...and i need more exercises! see i walk 20 mins and @ night i do 30 sit ups and 20 squats but i need more! i'm ashamed i had 4 pieces of pizza!! :( which now i'm regreting!! next week i'm starting the 7 day diet and the rest of this week im just counting carbs i have 5 a day and today i had like 10 with that pizza i was doing good until dinner! plz someone reply to this or email me I NEED HELP!!! reynsraidero07@hotmail.com -Ash |
