hey i did great on my diet last week and i lost 4 lbs. but since thurday i havent been doing so good, i have still been walkiung every night and eating fruit mainly apples and banana. but 1 have also had, pizza,burger king, chinease and ice cream and i wanna get back on a strict diet becuase i need to lose 20-25 lbs by the end of august!!!!! help!!! TODAY i did bad i had Breakfast- nothing (woke up at noon) lunch- 1 pc of cinimin raison bread (only 80 cals) 1 bagel with low fat cream cheese. Snack- ice cream (BAD) Dinner- 4 pcs of pizza (BAD) and i did a little swimming and some walking. i usially walk around my neighborhood at night but im already in my pj's.
