Hi! I am 17 and about to go into my senior year of high school. The problem is that I weigh 175 (though I don't look that heavy because I have heavy bones, but I still look overweight) right now. School starts the 30 of August and I would really like to weigh between 130-140 by that time. Do you think that it's possible to get to that weight in a month and a half and does anyone have any excercise of eating habits and ideas that might help me accomplish this? If so, please post! Thanks :)
