Hey everyone. I read on this one website that if you eat in front of a mirror and watch yourself eat then you want eat as much because you'll get tired of looking at all of the food your eating that you shouldn't be. I always so read that if you chew your food 25 - 30 times it will help you lose a lot of weight and you want eat as much because your jaw will get tired of chewing.
