Message Replying To From Ashley, Age 15 this is for everyone who is trying to lose weight and is writing on the board..its unhealthy to lose more then 1-2 pounds a week and you have to the willpower to do these things we can't help you not stick that little debbie in ur mouth but we can help you with what you should eat! the main thing you guys need to do is eat healthy..watch ur porpotion sizes..and exercise atleast 30 mins a day! b4 every meal i eat i do 75 sit-ups! so b4 breakfast i do 75 and then b4 lunch i do 75 then b4 i eat my snack i do 75 then b4 dinner i do 75 more and then b4 bed i do 50 so a total of 350 sit ups a day..i stop eating after 8'o clock. it maybe hard but nothing in life is easy! alls you need is motivation and you can do it! not to offend n e one but it seems that some people don't really want to lose weight! they tell the board that they need help and want to lose acess weight but then write a message like i did awful i had mcdonalds super size meal and little debbie treats and you guys think by eating like that is going to help you! you don't need to "fast" or go on "adkins" or "south beach" or "the 7 day diet" alls you need to do is cut down ur porpution sizes and exercise! i hope i didn't offend any one i'm really here to try and help you guys but i can't help you if you don't want help! i can't stop you from putting a star crunch in ur mouth.. if n e one needs my help feel free to email me at reynsraidero07@hotmail.com or leave a reply here! -Ashley |
