I'm feeling really bad lately... cuz I’ve been cheating or it feels like cheating I’ve been having special k or an apple for breakfast and a salad or chips (low fat) and salsa for lunch. Then whatever for dinner but in small amounts (usually pasta or shake & bake stuff) and then for a snack I’d just go nuts and eat like 3 chewy bars the kind w/ chocolate soooo good! I keep telling my self it's better than a chocolate bar and that's true but I don’t think I need to eat 3 of them! I think one would work but I always end up eating 2 or 3. Can anybody help me out?
