Hey Guys This Is Quoted From A Site I Went To: The key here is NOT necessarily eating significantly less food overall, but changing when you eat that food. Instead of having a big dinner and letting it turn into fat, eat a big breakfast and then you can burn off the energy during the day. Same goes for lunch, don't skip it, have something to eat. For dinner, unless you plan on being very physically active in the evening, eat less only *IF* you have eaten more during the day. You can also eat healthier food instead of junk food. (we'll explore that later)...... I suggest you guys go to the site where the quote came from and read it all, it's really inspiring on how to get you eating in order.
