Hey guys, I'm back on track :) I'm so pleased, and it gets easier every day. For my diet, I stay under 2000 calories each day and for excercise I go swimming. I've been trying to eat slow so I get full faster, I just ate a bowl of soup and I got full from half a bowl and normaly I still feel hungry after an entire bowl. Yay!I don't know my exact weight though, or if i've been losing, our scale keeps changing his mind about how much I weigh so I don't trust it.
