If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Taylor, Age 14 Hey you guys, I haven't been here in ages. If you've been here long enough, you may have seen my posts: I've lost 5 lbs! I'm on a diet! ect. You see, every time i went on a diet, i gained it all or most of it back. This time, i've found something that i can do forever. You see, I'm a big fan of full meals, so I eat 500 calorie meals (aprox. 475-525) See, when i eat this much at a meal, it keeps me full. I don't snack, unless it's between lunch and dinner (so I'll have some lunch meat or cheese that will tide me over for about 70-110 cals.) This way, I only have 1,461-1685 cals a day. It's a diet for me, but's it's not because the merals keep me full. My dad told me that now we're only going to eat three meals a day. I am on a workout plan that is easy for me to follow too. I do pilates, weights and jumprope on certain days. I was 148=149 just a week and a half ago. I will keep with this because it is easy for me to do. My goal weight is 135, so with 6 weeks left, i'll need to lose 1.6 lbs a week. Wish me luck! no, wish for me achievement. That is what we should wish each other, because luck doesn't always happen.
