i know this may seem extreme to some people but I am very motivated to lose weight. For my diet part, for 6 days a week i will eat 1200 calories from healthy foods, on the 7th day of each week I will still have 1200 calories but work a mcdonalds mcflurry or piece of pizza or the like into the calorie limit. For exercise I am going to workout 6 days a week. For 3 days I am going to ride my bike 16 miles with a friend (8 miles up to a school and 8 miles back) and do a workout video, for the other 3 days I am going to swim laps for an hour and do the workout video. How does this sound? I know the obvious awnswer is extreme but I hope to stick with this plan for at least 8 weeks and then chart my progress. Please leave comments,tips, ect on this plan. plus I need a WEIGHT LOSS BUDDY FOR A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL THATS ABOUT 175 LBS AND 5'5 PANT SIZE 12/16 depdning on jean type....thanks
