hey everyone greatt job. i have basketball camp this week and just from all that exercise ive already lost 3 pounds! exercise people is the key. the diet that is 100% gaurenteed to work: burn more calories than you consume. always works. and if you make your on pizza instead of ordering it, it will have 150-300 less calories, depending on where you normally order your pizza. also, any type of tea has hardly any calories and speeds your metabolism like crazyy. also lol if you put your house thermometer 3-5 degrees lower, you can burn up to 150 calories throughout the day because your body uses much more energy to keep you warm. good luck everyone!
