i jus wanna say that all those fad diets and pills (whatever) don't work.they only make you gain weight in the process.and if you do manage to lose weight you'll most likely gain it back.THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS****** is excercise and healthy eating.the key is don't diet just eat right.and the main thing and the only thing that you can do to lose weight is burn off more calories then you eat and i garentee that u will lose those pounds!! and don't forget drink your 8 glasses or more of water.and remember the heavier you are the sooner you'll see results!! i belive in ya!!
