Hey Everyone...I am 5'3 and I weigh 135.8 and I want to weigh 115 b4 school starts in about month...do you think that is possible if I eat healthier(absolutly NO fast food), run an hour a day, and do an abs work out? I am also in a softball camp right now and that is an awesome work out and next week I go to marching band camp so that will be an excersize and then the week after that I have another softball camp.
