Message Replying To From Cali, Age 18 Hi all, I was just wondering if what all I ate today sounds okay. I know I probably could have done better, but oka well. BREAKFAST: nothing(yeah I know, but I'm not hungry in the mornings and I was running late for work) LUNCH: About 1/3 pound of oven roasted turkey breast(about 150 calories) and a Diet Vanilla Coke SNACK: A banana coloda juice drink(5% juice and about 215 calories) DINNER: About 1/3 pound over roasted turkey breast(again about 150 calories) and a cup of Chai tea(no calories) with some no fat vanilla creamer(which was about maybe 50 calories) SNACK: A piece of blackberry upside down cake(fresh blackberries, made with a yellow cake mix, no oil, 2 eggs, and no cal fake sugar....don't know how many calories, maybe 300, somewhere around there) and a Diet Vanilla Coke. Over all around 900 calories.....I know that doesn't sound like that much, but I'm never really hungry, because I'm always at work and moving around a lot and I have no time to eat and don't really feel like it. I work about 9-10 hours a day 4-5 days a week....I'm on my feet none stop there and always walking around....that's about all the excersize I'm able to get though. Anyway, I weigh about 215lbs and I'm about 5'4" I'd like to lose some weight before I start college in the fall....any tips? |
