Hey! Okay! so i've totally got a new look on life.. sorta..See i've sorta changed my view on.. i usta look at losing weight as a longgg period of time.. which kinda let me think.. oh well i'll be really good tomorrow.. i can eat this cookie today.. but in reality.. thats exactly how your not saposta work! If You look at losing weight as everyday being a different section, it really makes you think, If i eat this cookie... im just really hurting myself for today. if i dnt exercise im only hurting myself for today... i thinik you also have to have alot of motavation... my motivation.. is my boyfriend, and my friends.. I know.. that i feel very badly about myself right now.. but if i think about what i want to be like when i do lose weight .. it makes me happy.. and kinda feel better about myself and prettier.. and makes me really want to lose weight.. and i might add since monday i've already lost 1 lb! (plus the 6 that i lost before!) so yeah!! im happy!! also listening to music that makes you happy(country usually works for me KENNY CHESNEY!!) hah awell have fun!
