hey there everyone. my name is jennifer, im 17 and weigh 227 pounds. (my problem areas are my back and stomach, my arms and legs arent that bad) im looking to lose weight by prom (i'll be a senior when school starts). our prom will be in may and i gotta start looking for dresses in like febuary. does anyone have any tips? no matter how much i try to exercise and eat right i either stay the same exact weight or gain the 10 pounds i lose right back. its really aggravating. anybody know of any really effective exercises? thanks! we can do it guys dont worry :)
