hey im needn to loose bout 5 lbs or so and i jus cant im tryn to eat bettr but sumtims it jus doesnt wrk. for xrcise i usually have tns lessons 3x a week for an hour but this week im only gonna have it once w/ a group of ppl. we have this lil pool we filld up in our bckyrd and i try to swim circles around it for bout 20 mins evryday do think if i do this w/ a strictr diet ill be able to loose my last 5??? also for a diet should i jus try to ct bck on snx and prprtions??? thnx
