Hey!!!,My names Raquel and i weighed 194lbs im currently 5,5 My Goal weight is 140lbs pounds in the past week i have droped 5 pounds i decided to go on a diet when i went school shopping with my mom and no pants would go threw my thighs because they are very big and then i had my pyshical because i just moved to tn i needed one and when i weighed my self i was 194lbs in less then 6 months i gained 10 pounds i was very upset with that,I then started to eat healthy i drink lots of water ,walk for 45 minutes ,do 250 crunches,swim in the pool 2 times a day 10 laps ,and lift 15 pounds to get the jelly from my arms to go away.Although i just started my diet i hope to continue and reach my goal weight.I Feel so great about my self :) If any one has tips on how to lose weight from the thighs email me at xxr0ckydas0ckyxx@aol.com Good Luck to every one that wants to lose weight
