Please Help Me!I have been dieting and exercising for 2 years now. I have lost at one time 50 pounds. Last weeek I was 147.5 and I was so excited because that was 49.5 lbs. lost now I weigh myself this morning and I am back up to 152! I about cried, because I have been working so hard! I haven't cheated on my diet, and I have been doing cardio for an hour a day! If there is anyone that is on a diet that isn't some fad one like the 3 day or Atkins, please e-mail me.
