hey you guys!! ive been takeing the green tea diet pills and i have a lot of enegery i go bike rideing every morning for like 45min and then like befor i go to bed i do all these crunchies and different exercises and also go for a 15 min walk oh yeah and i drink plenty of water and only eat 3 times a day and i dont eat after 8p.m. hey does that sound good??? if anyone has any tips please tell me!!!
