If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Emily, Age 13 ok, here's my new 'plan' currently i am just a few pounds over the healthy weight, so i am not too concerend. so i am thinking i am gonna go back to eating normally, as in just as any other person who isn't overweight eats, as in eat a normal well balanced meal, not worry about having too many carbs,calories, or fats, just not always pigging out on junk, but being able to not feel afterwards guilt towards having something like a pice of cake or some chips. i just want to enjoy life, and not have that extra stress of food lingering there. eating a balanced diet with treats once in a while(although without truly watching calories and stuff) and with regular, lifestyle exercise (walking, soccer) do u think i will lose wieght, maintain my weight or gain?? |
