Well I have decided I have exactly 2 weeks until school starts and I am going to kick some major ass on this workout and dieting plan. There is no reason I should have been able to lose it all this summer. I have 15-20 pounds to go. I am making my goal October. I really want to be about 130 pounds by Oct. If anyone has any really good diets they have followed that actually work please e-mail me. Selenafan@pa.net. Thanx :)
