Message Replying To From Kaitlyn, Age 14 I didn't do TOO bad today. For brunch (I guess) b/c I didn't wake up til' 11:00 b/c I went to an audio adrenaline and mathew west concert last night, I had a egg sandwich. at 3:30 I had a subway sub and at 6:30 I had a lean cuisine pizza and 4 cookies (65 cals each) and I have had about a cup and a half of milk today and I weight trained for about 20 minutes and I walked on the treadmill for about 20 minutes and I walked downtown for about 30 minutes. I don't think that is bad compared to how bad I have been doing lately. Oh ya, I had ONE bite of this really fattening cake, at least I didn't have a whole piece, or two or three!!! Is that bad? Respond! Please! |
