Message Replying To From Emily, Age 13 Breakfast-oatmeal, with 2 tsp of brown sugar, 1 peach, glass of skim milk. Lunch-fruit smoothie (fat free yogurt, fruit, juice) Supper-Lifestyles (lower fat option) frozen dinner, carrot sticks,glass of skim milk. Exercise-30 min. walk. 30 minutes of toning exercises. Do u think i am doing enough exercise or do i need to do more? |
