If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Krissy, Age 16 Okay! I'm going to post again... I am actually kinda tired of this! Please dont say things like "I'm a cow" or "I hate my body caz I'm fat" People... There are two starting steps to losing weight. 1. Tell yourself your going to lose weight. and 2. Accept what you look like now. You have to love your body before you can change it. And dont degrade your self and call your self names... it lowers your self estem and when losing weight thats a bad thing to have, a low self estem... Love every inch of your body... then change what you wish... its much easier to change once you relise that what you look like means nothing... its whats inside that counts... the outside is just a box that people want to wrap with pretty paper...
