Message Replying To From Catherine, Age 15 Today, I am doing really good. B: bowl of special k redberries w/skim milk. L: glass of skim milk, apple, turkey sandwich(tukey, tomatoe, red onion, lettuce, mustard, on whole wheat bread) Later for dinner I am going to have chicken, and 2 vegetables. This morning, I did 30 minutes with Denise Austin workout, now i am going to go babysit for 4 hours, I never eat over though, and then come home and walk for an hour. I am feeling great! |
