Message Replying To From Quisha, Age 17 Once again i'm starting another diet. This time imma try jus cutting back and working out. Anybody think pasta(spaghetti) is OK to eat in portions on a diet? My work out plan is Taebo 30mins(take off sunday bcuz taebo is a killer) walkin 30 mins(everyday) situp tape 15mins(everyday) and ARM tape 15mins(every other day) TELL ME WHAT U THINK!! :-) |
