yesterday i burned 1700 calories by doing 1hr. tabo advanced vol.3 live, 450 calories burned on workout mode on ddr, 100 crunches and a 20 minute walk. with my bmr(basal metabolic rate= the amount of calories you burn through the course of the day while at rest) at 1500 then i only ate 1000 calories yesterday(which i don't go under 1200 very often so don;'t worry) then i'll have burned off 450 calories more then half a pound- that's 2200 calories burned more then consumed. i hope i do as well tomorrow and then the day after i won't have much time other then an hour in the morning because school starts. i'm still at 145- i haven't lost any this summer because i did awsome exersize but ate a lot of junk so i'm planning on finally getting to 125-130 by the end of the year which is what i said last year but after losing 30 pounds(though it took me a LOT of time) i know i can do it if i push myself. plus i really want to be in super shape for tennis this spring so i can kick major butt because i'll be off to the college of my choice next fall and would love to play college tennis but i have to get better. ok- enough rambling i'm going to go get de-stinkified for when my love gets out of work to pick me up...
