hi everyone, I just want to say first on how happy I am for everybody who has lost weight and is losing weight right now. So now I want it too be my turn to lose weight. Ok I am on the volleyball team adn that has helped me out (I thought) but the scale says taht I have gained about three pounds. and the thing is when I get home from practice I don't want to eat. So then I don't eat lunch but see then the thing is is I don't eat that big of supper at all. So some days I have breakfast adn than that is pretty much it. I excersise every day (at volleyball practice). So really I don't see what I am doing wrong. We do 10 times around the big gym (and let me tell you it is a pretty large gym) than we strech and then do crunches, (both sides and then the we do the regular front ones.) than we do sprints. Is it that I am not eating enough or what. I didn't ever think I would say " do I need to eat more" lol. Anyway. I am going to be starting Winsor Pilates soon, because my neighbor is going to let me borrow them. So my question is does anybody have any suggestions, because I kinda want to tone up before my homecoming, adn I am a freshman so I coudl get on court. LoL, anyway, please give me some suggestions.
