Message Replying To From mikayla, Age 14 someone insulted my weight loss idea and said it was unhealthy. I lost 25 pounds on this diet. here it is:okay, for some of you, school has already started, for some it starts soon. I found last year that my diet plan works. This year i am starting high school and all my classes are 1 hour and 40 minutes long. sooo, i thought that i could update my plan: breakfast: slim fast, a fried egg, or somthing else small lunch: bring it, its easier, and pack fruit, some low fat crackers, and a breakfast bar, or slimfast bar, or something else with nutrients snack after school: fruit or some low fat/no fat very little butter popcorn. its good and not TOO fattening. I'd still suggest fruit instead Dinner: slimfast mac and cheese is pretty good, or have a well balanced meal. make sure you have some milk or some calcium. as for excerisze, just work REALLY hard in p.e. class. I had a 45 minute p.e. class last year and i followed this diet. I lost 25 pounds. NOW, i have a 1 hour 40 minute p.e. class, so i expect to lose even more weight. because of the working hard in p.e. it helped me get an A.If you are going crazy and want some sweets or something, allow yourself a LITTLE on one day. usually i would do it on saturday's, the day i weighed myself and i would only allow myself some if i lost some weight. |
