Hey guys Im 15 and i am 151 pounds and i am 5'6 .... i am ok with my weight for the most part except when i want to wear cetain clothes or when my but or stomach look too big in things that is when i get down a bout my weight i mean i dont eat great but i eat ok and i am a x country runner and basketball player and a track runner what more excercise can i do i also work out after each of my practices with weights and i run on my spare time i cant thinkof any way to loose these extra 20 lbs unless its my eating habits.... can anyone help me with it ??? anyone have any suggestion or a meal plan for the week i could use?-thx-
