Message Replying To From meeeeeeeeeee, Age 15 hey everybody i'm very happy with myself so i'm gonna tell you lol. today i woke up 7:00 (because i wanted to be good and tired tonight, so i could get to bed at a decent hour cause my first day of school is tomorrow) and then i watched some t.v. and ate a small piece of cornbread for breakfast with water. Then at 8:00 i decided to go for a run. i brought my walkman with me, and it was wonderful! most kids wen tback to school today, so there wern't any people at the field where i run, and i ran for 45 minutes straight. it was awesome. then for lunch i had a banana and some oatmeal. i felt very healthy lol. then for dinner tonight i'm having some pasta with chicken an tomato sauce with veggies, and i'm not on a no-carb diet, so for me, that dinner is really good. i decided i am going to change my habits completely, and become a healthier more active person. its easy for me at school cause ill have breakfast at 7, lunch at 12, then dinner at 6. and maybe a few pretzels as a snack. and thats it. i don't want all that fake artifical fattening just HORRIBLE foods in my body anymore (but i AM having a holiday policy-holidays i will allow myself to be a pig) but who wants there body to be contaimidated with crap? not me. so i won't let it. say hello to my newwww body lol. i swear, one dy of great eating and some exercise, and you will feel GREAT. its like a high lol.
