hey everybody..i have lost 10 pounds in the 3 weeks i have been in school..(went from 185-175) Is it healthy to lose that amount of weight in that amount of time? Even if it is, i seriously doubt i've been doin it correctly and think i may have a problem..i dont eat hardly at all. i went from not eating during the day and eating when i got home..to not eating during the day and eating maybe only one thing for the whole day..maybe 2. I get like way less than 800 caleries a day. But the thing is, i know what im doin do its not like im not doin it on purpose. Im jus tryin to lose the weight but im not doin it right. Could it be possible that i have an eating disorder or could i jus be doin this until i get down to a certain weight or somethin? Tell me what u think please..thanks
