Message Replying To From Chasity, Age 14 hey! how does it sounds like i did today..im just trying to maintain my weight...breakfast-protein shake...about 200 calslunch-peanut butter and jelly, grapes, and 5 crackerssnack-5 ritz crackers with peaunut butterand i havent had dinner..but do you think itll be okay if i have a dessert...im only trying to maintain! and i ran for 20 min! |
