Message Replying To From meghan, Age 14 i have lost 2 pounds since monday. im so happy.... 8 more till i reach my first goal of 10 by oct.2nd..... today so far i have had low sugar oatmeal made with fat free organic milk and 2 pieces of bacon(80cals) then for lunch i had a salad with grilled chicken and and apple with a diet coke. i havent exercise though cuz im at my moms work helping her. i dont know if i will get a chance to today...will that hurt me? cuz i have to go home get dinner have a drum lesson then go to the movies then im staying at a friends house for the night and i dont think ill have time tho. ill try to get in 15mins on the treadmill tho! how does this sound? for dinner ill either have some type of salad or chicken...or a wrap sandwich |
