Hey Guys, Not to be rude to anyone on this site but for the people who are saying I ate pizza, chips, and cake, ice cream and cookies all day, but I ran 2 miles you need to realize you are putting the wrong things into your body and you won't lose weight as quickly as someone who is eating healthy. I just thought I would share that with people who think that by just exercising they are doing okay. You may be fit, but your body will not be healthy.
