Message Replying To From Mark, Age 15 I am about 5'7 and weigh 148. I am overweight by about 15 or 20 pounds. I need to know if i am losing weight on this diet. Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grape nuts with a handful of soy nuts with 1 cup of 2 percent milk. 1 hard boiled egg (no yolk). Lunch: 1 small sandwich, grapes or apple, handful of chips, and bottle of water. Either 20 mins aerobic or 20 mins of muscluar training every day. (i alternate) Dinner: Whatever (but usually lean meat or fish - something low fat) No snacks. Also, i drink 6 bottles of water a day and aviod soft drinks. I am in middle of growth spurt and am developing a 6-pack and my biceps. |
