If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Ally, Age 17 Hi. I've been on and off of here before. I just wanted to see if anyone could answer this question real quick. I've heard that if you drink half of your body weight in ounces of water (ie: I weigh 180 so I would need to drink 90 oz.), that, even if you don't do anything else, you still lose weight. I am going to be eating healthy and other stuff but I wanted to know if this is true or not. Thanks! |
