Hey everyone! Nobody will remember me cause I dont really post too often but I am proud to report I have lost about 70-75 pounds since mid-February. To everybody wanting to do Weight Watchers but cannot afford it go here: http://www.angelfire.com/me/kyoddie/points.html . It has a list of foods and their "point value" and says how many points you should have for your weight. I didnt use WW to lose my weight though, I was just posting cause I see its all everyones been talkin bout lately. GOOD LUCK!!!
