hey guys! its been a pretty LOONG time since ive been in here! well..okay..i dont know if i did great today, but you can tell me! well..i had 5 french toast sticks with syrup for breakfast (400 cals) for lunch i had a swiss and turkey sandwich, half a serving of ritz chips, and this strawberry and bananna mixture thing. then i ran 5 miles..and walked 1/2 mile! and i had bball practice..we ran a little..like sprints downt the court n stuff! but for dinner i had 2 big pieces of pizza (equivelant to probably 3 regular oneS) and some grapes! and im about to have some cake, or ice cream! so...how does it sound..with all that i burned off running?? it may not be too great for losing weight iknow. but say for instance, if i were trying to MAINTAIN would this be bad...for future reference anyway...
