If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Avril, Age 13 Hey. I know i havent posted here in a long time but I decided that I would post today since I have nothing else to do. I dont post here anymore on how to lose weight, I know how. Just eat healthy and exersize. I want to lose weight so badly because I have really low self esteem. Almost everybody that I know has been going out with ppl since, like, 5th grade or lower. I have only went out with one person but I think he only felt sorry for me. It wasnt a real relationship. Well anyway, I really need to just quit saying that I am going to go on a diet the next day, because the next day, I say the same thing. Thats not helping anything. I am going to quit putting it off and just do it. Food shouldnt be the most important thing in my life. ASAP I am starting my diet. Today wasn't that bad but I could really do better. I know that tomorrow I will, Im not putting it off. I will even post on here what I have eaten. (If I remember to post.) And exersize wouldnt hurt either. So 30-60 minuites sounds reasonable. Now the only thing I need right now is some encouragement. Do you think you guys can give it to me? If you have read this, then just post a comment or something that will encourage me to do my best.
