Message Replying To From Britt*, Age 13 i need to lose about 10-20 pounds at first then maybe some more.....i have been running about 4 times a week and football in school and walking on weekends, plus some biking(30 min.) and keeping a fairly healthy diet(lots of soup and water)my bf has lost a lot of weight from when he was in elementaryschool and now he is 135 and 5'10 and i got encourged by hearing his story do you think i could lose 10-20 pounds by the end of october?PLEASERESPOND |
